We enjoyed looking around at their other sections - outdoor play equipment, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, baby barns and gazebos and enjoyed sitting by their big fire pit as we ate the most delicious ice cream from the onsite ice cream shop. The men who delivered our island were friendly and courteous and explained its cleaning and care. Koter Farms was very easy to work with. A coordinated delivery with the hot tub vendor was scheduled and achieved. Everything was installed in 1 day. We were very happy back then – and remained so through the years since.Fast forward 17 years. The hot tub died and needed to be replaced. We arranged for removal of the old tub – anticipating problems with the floor we had not seen in 17 years. There were none. Our only concern with the then temporarily empty gazebo was the roof. So we call Kloter Farms, and asked for a quote. They recommended complete roof replacement – and the quote came in at 1/6 the original price of the gazebo. (NOT adjusted for 17 years inflation.) I thought this very reasonable and accepted the proposal.Our gazebo now looks brand new. I cannot say enough about the team that came out to the house. They were professional, cleaned up the work site afterwards and did a fabulous job on the roof. In addition they did a once over of the entire gazebo – tightened up what had become loose over the years – and solved a plumb problem with the door rubbing the floor. This was done without being asked, and at no extra charge.I wish I could give these folks 6 stars. 5 for me is completely satisfying my expectations seamlessly and quickly.
